1. Check-in and Check-outCheck-in time: from 14:00
Check-out time: until 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon prior request and subject to room availability.
An additional fee may apply for this service.
Room rates are quoted in Uzbek soums (UZS) and calculated per room, per night.
Taxes and fees are not included in the room rate:
For foreign citizens and stateless persons, a tourist tax of 15% of the Base Calculation Value (BCV) per night applies.
For Uzbek residents, the tax is 0.4% of the BCV.
The tourist tax is exempt from VAT and is transferred to the state fund.
3. Children PolicyChildren under 6 years old stay free of charge (without an extra bed).
For children over 6 years old, or if an extra bed is required, an additional charge applies according to the hotel’s rate policy.
Upon request, the following services are available:
airport transfers, laundry service, room service, conference hall rental, and more.
All additional services are charged separately according to the hotel’s price list.
5. Accommodation RulesSmoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas, except in designated smoking zones.
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness, respect quiet hours, and handle hotel property with care.
In case of property damage, a compensation fee will be charged as determined by the hotel administration.
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left outside the in-room safe.
We strongly recommend storing valuables in the provided safe.
The hotel operates a 24-hour security service and video surveillance system (excluding private areas).
If a room key or access card is lost, please inform the front desk immediately.
7. Payment ProcedureAll invoices must be settled prior to guest check-in.
The hotel accepts cash payments and major bank cards.
Corporate and non-cash payments are available upon contract agreement.
In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, power outages, emergencies),

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible regarding booking cancellations. All reservations at our hotel are guaranteed bookings. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), During major events in Tashkent (such as international exhibitions, conferences, etc.),
To secure group reservations, a prepayment of 15% of the total amount is required within 14 days after confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed by deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel it without notice. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, For timely cancellations, the paid deposit can either be refunded or applied toward a future stay upon agreement with the hotel. Booking & Cancellation Policy at Fergana Hotel
We value each guest and strive to ensure maximum transparency and convenience when booking your stay. These rules govern the process of reservation, payment, modification and cancellation of bookings, as well as refund procedures. Please review them carefully before confirming your stay.
1. General Provisions
1.1. All bookings confirmed by Fergana Hotel are considered guaranteed. This means the room is secured for the guest until arrival.
1.2. Booking confirmation is provided by:
an email from the Reservations Department,
a tour operator voucher,
a signed contract (for corporate clients and groups).
1.3. Guaranteed booking requires either credit card details or a prepayment in the amount specified by tariff or contract.
2. Individual Bookings
2.1. Standard free cancellation is up to 24 hours before arrival.
2.2. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to the first night stay is charged.
2.3. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to room availability; fee may apply.
2.4. All invoices must be settled before arrival; payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
3. Group Bookings
3.1. A group is defined as 10 rooms or more.
3.2. To guarantee the booking the company must pay a deposit: 15 % of total cost within 14 days of confirmation, remaining 85 % no later than 30 days before arrival.
3.3. If deposit is not paid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel without notice.
3.4. For cancellations of group bookings: more than 30 days before arrival — deposit refundable; less than 30 days — partial or full deposit retention depending on date and contract terms.
4. Special Periods (Exhibitions & Events)
4.1. During major events in Tashkent (international exhibitions, conferences, sports events etc.), special conditions apply.
4.2. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
4.3. For later cancellations or no-show: one night charge applies.
4.4. List of events subject to special conditions is published by the hotel in advance or indicated in contract.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Rates are quoted in Uzbek soums.
5.2. Tourist levy not included: for foreign nationals/stateless persons — 15 % of base calculation value (BCV) per night; for Uzbekistan residents — 0.4 % of BCV per night.
5.3. Tourist levy is exempt from VAT and remitted to state fund.
5.4. Payment methods: cash at hotel, bank card (UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, MasterCard etc.), non-cash by invoice.
6. Reservation Cancellation
6.1. Cancellation may be done via: email to Reservations, phone number listed in confirmation, or official partner (tour operator/agency).
6.2. Request must include guest name, stay dates, booking confirmation number.
6.3. If cancellation is timely, no penalty applies.
7. Refunds
7.1. For timely cancellation with prepayment, deposit may be returned in full or applied to future stay by agreement.
7.2. Refund is made via same method as payment.
7.3. Refund period is governed by Republic of Uzbekistan laws and bank procedures.
8. No-Show
8.1. If guest fails to arrive without cancellation, first night cost is charged.
8.2. For guaranteed booking, remaining nights may be cancelled by hotel.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, transport disruption, emergencies) penalties may be waived.
9.2. Decision is made individually by hotel management based on documentation provided.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. By booking at the hotel you automatically agree to these rules.
10.2. All individual terms (corporate contracts, special tariffs, group stays) are agreed in writing in advance.
