  Loyalty Program

  The Fergana Hotel Tashkent loyalty program is designed to thank our regular guests for their choice and make each subsequent stay more profitable and enjoyable.

  Program levels and conditions

  • Base (Basic level) Available to all guests immediately after the first booking/check-in. Discount: 5% on accommodation. It is applied automatically for direct booking on the official website.
  • Silver Discount: 7%. Condition of receipt: accumulate 20 nights of hotel accommodation. The level is assigned automatically after reaching the threshold and is saved for subsequent ones.
  • Gold Discount: 10%. Condition of receipt: accumulate 35 nights of accommodation. 
  • Diamond Discount: 12%. Condition of receipt: accumulate 50 nights of accommodation. The maximum level includes exclusive bonuses, a personal manager, a priority room upgrade (if available), late check—out at no extra charge, and other privileges.
